Robert E. Giddings
"In Search of Mozart"
Mozart's genius has been described as inexplicable and the vast
number and variety of his masterpieces surely make him "composer
for all seasons."
Yet
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, arguably the
greatest composer that ever
lived, may still be largely underappreciated and misinterpreted.
Discuss with Bob Giddings how it might be possible to clear the
still lingering fog that prevents us from fully appreciating the
astonishing beauty of Mozart.
Oakmont resident and one time Director and Treasurer (2005-2008) of the Oakmont Village Association, Bob Giddings is an avid golfer and a devotee of classical music. He is a California native, attended the University of San Francisco and had over 30 years of primary and reinsurance underwriting, marketing and management experience.
